A web based tool is to be developed to guide Norwegian muncipalities in their effort to contribute to a more climate robust housing sector.  The tool will differ between vulnerability caused by climate related processes in nature (e.g. flooding, heavy precipitation, landslide) and vulnerability due to societal factors (e.e. bad planning practice). The project is funded by The Norwegian State Housing Bank, which will run and maintain the web tool.
