TITAN is a pan-European consortium of Regional Service Providers, Industrial and National Public Network Operators who are initiating a series of innovative regional and trans-national service integration activities to improve the quality of life for citizens and Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) in rural areas. The key goal is to provide citizens and SMEs in these communities with advanced telematics tools to enable efficient navigation to public information and interactive services. Key application areas will be SME and business support, local and public services, lifelong learning, and community networking and information.
