During the 6th European Conference on Climate Change Adaptation (ECCA) in Ireland 19-21 June 2023, the NOCCA Secretariat organized a seminar where the results of NOCCA 2023 in Iceland were presented. At the seminar, Carlo Aall gave a presentation on transboundary climate risks and participated in the panel of presenters who discussed the role of national authorities vis-à-vis municipalities in the work on climate adaptation.
