Financed by the Norwegian Environment Agency, CICERO Centre for International Climate Research, the Western Norway Research Institute and the Nordland Research Institute have conducted a study of barriers for climate adaptation at local and regional levels in Norway. The study seeks to provide an updated status of knowledge for the field of climate adaption and increase the understanding of relevant barriers in climate adaptation work.
