Kyrre Groven and Idun Anderssen Husabø presented the paper "Vulnerability to climate change in the High North – a threat to security and safety?" at a Norwegian Research Council conference in Oslo 1-2 September 2008. The conference, with the title "Is there a Nordic model for societal security and safety?", was part of the research programme SAMRISK.
