I samband med at Sogn og Fjordane fylkeskommune har lagt fram ein fylkesdelplan  om klima holdt Vestlandsforsking  og Sogn og Fjordane fylkeskommune innlegg på KS sin strategikonferanse i Førde 12. februar om kommunal klimaplanlegging.
