Vestlandsforsking har been engaged by the nett.no-project (owned by Fylkesmannen, Fylkeskommunen and KS S. og Fj.) to study the on personalized public web services both in Norway and in related countries, first of all EU countries. This is the first part of the project and a status report is expected to be published at the beginning av June 2002. The second part of the project involves an overview of relevant competence in this area in our country and the design of a pilot project to follow up this pre-project.
