Vestlandsforsking is engaged by RBL (The Norwegian Hospitality Association) to develop a set of quality indicators for assessing the quality of tourism web sites. Experience from similar work with evaluation of quality of public web sites (together with Statskonsult and norge.no) will provide an important base for the work. The quality indicators will be used to assess the qualilty of a chosen set of tourism web sites from Sogn og Fjordane County.
