Edit INC - How to achieve broader participation in companies that don't have any experience with the Nordic Model of enterprise development
Enterprises in the INC Group have opened up for participation by the union leaders and all employees in enterprise development projects. This decision by the group is based on the experiende from the pilot project. Both the owners, most of the managers, union leaders and employees have to change in order to reach the goal of broader participation. Do the actors change? How do the actors change their bahaviour? Where are the difficulties?
Based on the work in the INC Group we want to focus on the different actors' role in this development process trying to answer the main research question: How to achieve broader participation in enterprise development in companies where none of the actors have any experience with these methods?
